Each casting integrates reclaimed wood from our own production floor. The cured surface is fully sealed against moisture, heat, and hotel-grade cleaning agents.

Offcuts from our rattan and water hyacinth frames are sorted by grain, dried, and set into each pour. Nothing leaves the workshop as waste.
Resin is mixed in-house at controlled temperature. Cure time is 72 hours minimum — no accelerants, no shortcuts in the molecular bond.

Cured surface reaches near-glass hardness. Resistant to scratching, indentation, and sustained load across hotel dining and lobby environments.
Depth and translucency are specified at order stage. The three grades shown are standard production — no custom upcharge required.
Fully sealed against moisture, heat up to 120°C, and commercial cleaning agents. Each batch is tested before dispatch.
